THE CONCEPT OF OUR BUSINESS
I spent years helping friends, relatives, friends of friends, friends of relatives...etc., have their vehicles properly repaired AFTER all had gone wrong and many costly return visits to their repair facility. I finally decided it would be so much easier to avoid problems from the beginning and asked them to call me for advice BEFORE THEY TOOK IN THEIR VEHICLE. After talking with them, I would advise them on what to say and do, but that didn't work out perfectly either. "Would you take it for me?" was always the plea. "OK" was always the answer. And that's how "Ask Jimmy" was born !
